Will you ever contact my client directly?
Never — unless you explicitly ask us to. All communication goes through you. Your client relationships are yours, always.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, every time. We sign a mutual NDA before any project details are shared. Confidentiality is non-negotiable for white-label work.
Can I send you designs from Figma or Adobe XD?
Absolutely. We accept Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and InDesign files. If you only have a brief or wireframe, we can work from that too.
How do you handle invoicing?
Project-based work is typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainer clients are invoiced monthly. All invoices are issued through KMK Digital ABN.
What if my client wants changes after launch?
Post-launch support can be scoped as part of the original project, or handled as a separate retainer. We don't disappear after go-live.
How quickly can you start a new project?
Usually within 3–5 business days of quote acceptance. Preferred partners and retainer clients get priority start dates — often same week.
